25th Annual Trojan Classic at Olympic High on October 23

(September 30, 2004) The Olympic High School Band Boosters are hosting the 25th Annual Trojan Classic Marching Band Contest on Saturday, October 23 at the high school football field at 4301 Sandy Porter Road. (Take Arrowood Road west and continue past the new I-485 interchange. Turn right on Sandy Porter Road at the next light. The high school is about 1/4 mile on the left.)

They have 22 bands signed up to perform in this feature event. The first marching band is scheduled to perform at approximately 10:00 am. Final award presentations and the overall championship awards will conclude by 10:00 pm.

This event is one of the largest marching band competitions of the season, with lots of good music and performances from the best high school bands in the area. A variety of food will be available at the concession stand.
