Candidates for 2004 Elections in Local Districts Listed

(September 2, 2004) Following the July 20 primary, candidates are set for the November 2 general election. Offices on the ballot include Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Council of State, US Senate, US House, North Carolina general Assembly, Mecklenburg County Commissioners, Register of Deeds, and numerous judicial seats.  For a complete list of candidates for this area and more information on voter registration, schedules, and other election topics, see the Mecklenburg County Board of Elections web site.
